How to do Shavasana (Corpse Pose)

Step 1

Start this pose by lying straight on the floor.

Keep your arms beside the body and maintain a gap between your legs and your arms, palm should be facing the roof.

Step 3

Close your eyes and relax, try to feel all your internal and external body parts one by one. Stay in this state for 5-15 minutes.
